Gourmet (pronounced /ɡɔrˈmeɪ/) is a cultural ideal associated with the culinary arts of fine food and drink, or haute cuisine, which is characterised by elaborate preparations and presentations of large meals of small, often quite rich courses…Wikipedia
Following on from that definition, I agree that Gourmet Shoes started in 2005 by Jon T Buscemi, Greg Lucci and Greg Johnsen definitely fits that name. Simply put Gourmet shoes are comfortable and tasty foot gloves that look good and compliment any style perfectly. Best thing, the prices are very reasonable. Hit their website for more tasty pics of their shoes. Fall 2009 collection is simply amazing. Below are some of my fave shoes.

Today I wanted to introduce you to Herds of the Fathers(www.herdsofthefathers.com), a new leather accessories line pegged for the sophisticated urban gentleman:
Herds of the Fathers was created by Jason Akoi and Tobi Babajide, two New Jersey natives who met while attending Rutgers University. They started the line from scratch in their college dorm room because they said, “We were searching for leather backpacks, but couldn’t find ones that fit our lifestyle. “
“So we decided to create our own line of men’s leather goods. We started with backpacks and the mini coin purses, but in the near future, we will add belts, wallets, messenger bags, and many more products.” Their bags are handmade with quality leather and are perfect for school, work, and beyond.
A Herds of the Fathers piece will run you from $60 for a mini backpack to $310 for a Duffle Bag. A small price to pay for durable leather goods that will transcend trends and stand the test of time.

Hot urban brand Triple Fat Goose (www.triplefatgoose.com) recently sent over a few images from their Fall/Winter 2010 Lookbook:
For the upcoming season they’re expanding to more preppy wares with crested jackets in deep purple and bubble vests, along with button downs and velour track suits.
They’re also offering down jackets in vinyl, canvas and leather with fox fur trimmed around the hood, a look which has been signature to the brand for well over 15 years.
Lebron James shows off his style in the September issue of GQ magazine, flexing in a host of fall ready camel and nude colored separates:
He pairs beige windbreakers with light brown knit sweaters and white jeans and mixes chocolate colored fedoras with lush cashmere v-neck sweaters and steel gray pants:

Sneakers often look the same, especially if it comes from the same brand and collection. Although this may be true, ironically, each pair of sneakers has its own unique identity. Just take a peek on these funky hoops from Air Jordan to which they call the Air Jordan Spizike (GS) in White/Violet-Grey Colorway. Try to compare it to other Air Jordan pair you know and think about their differences and commonalities.
Whether you find it difficult or easy to distinguish one from another here’s the catch, Air Jordan shoes are simply adorable and punk. Looking at this Spizike (GS) for women, I couldn’t help but adore it. Housed in a multi-colored upper with the combined shades of violet, neutral and medium grey plus, the overlapping details as its highlight, this Air Jordan shoe is classy and refreshing. The Air Jordan Spizike (GS) is created in a playful design that’ll surely captivate your heart as it hit your favorite shoe store this mid-2010, so watch out!
Pierre Hardy is known for his great shoes, and his men’s designs are some of my favorite.
For his Fall/Winter 2010 collection, he unleashed more of his cube perspective sneaks along with other models in black and white featuring shearling and zippers:
Each pair is $551. Check ‘em out at www.pierrhardy.com.
He completed his look with loose fit jeans, a yellow belt, and a pair of $120 DC Admiral sneakers:
Fellas, if you need his look, get his cardigan at www.adidas.com and his sneakers here.
Props to super-intern Scott Martin for spotting this!
